Schmitt, Partisans, and Hezbollah
This New York Times article talks about the advanced weaponry Hezbollah has at its disposal and I thought it was interesting to see this development in light of our discussion of Schmitt's 'theory of the partisan.'

Have they followed that recommendation? I recall the good people at Crooked Timber ignoring you. (And then bringing up a poor understanding of Schmitt - a travesty, really - in another two threads a few days later.)
